To submit your return, please click here.

If you're undecided about an exchange, no worries - you can still return your item/s for a store credit to use later. You'll have six months from the date of issue to use your credit.

RETURNS POLICY

  • We do not provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
  • Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s.
  • You’ll have 30 days to return your order from delivery date.
  • All store credits are issued in EUR.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately.
  • The Empress is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with Afterpay still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments.

CONDITION OF RETURN

Please take care when trying on any products.

All garment/s must be returned: 

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • With all original tags still attached.
  • In all correct and original packaging.
  • No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
